GET Kirim Reaksi via URL

Alternatif pake query parameter. Wajib `encodeURIComponent`

PARAMETER

• url string required: Link post WA Channel. Format: `https://whatsapp.com/channel/xxx/123`. Wajib ada ID_POST di belakang.
• emojis string required: Daftar emoji pisah pakai koma. Contoh: `🔥,❤️,😂`

ERROR Codes

• 400 Missing url or emojis
• 400 Invalid Channel Post URL. Harus ada ID_POST
• 405 Method Not Allowed
• 500 Server error

NOTES

• URL harus link POST, bukan link Channel. Contoh salah: `.../channel/xxx`
• Contoh benar: `.../channel/xxx/114`
• Rate limit: 40 detik cooldown
• Emoji wajib dipisah koma tanpa spasi berlebih
• Gunakan `encodeURIComponent()` kalau pake GET
